Using the unique tools of the creative industries, The Challenger Academy equips underrepresented youth with the confidence and capability needed to thrive in a future career.
Through training programmes focused on developing key employability and digital skills for the modern workforce, our aim is to ensure that location or circumstances are never a barrier to opportunity.
