Our mission
The Challenger Academy is a registered charity based in Stoke-on-Trent with a mission to make the creative industries more accessible and socially diverse through valuable work experience opportunities, free skills training and career guidance.
By offering programmes that build confidence, oracy and real-world industry experience, we ensure that young people can thrive in a future career and that location or circumstances are never a barrier to opportunity.

To inspire young people to consider a career in the creative industry in partnership with local schools, colleges, universities and community youth groups.

To provide free employability skills training and highly accessible work experience for young people, regardless of their background, which significantly improves their prospects of employment.
