Creating opportunities for long-term growth, through systems change, in education is Naomi's passion. As a former teacher, having primary and Post-16 teaching experience shapes her strategic approaches when working with professionals to bridge gaps between education. At The Challenger Academy she works with stakeholders to scale educational outreach and programmes to diversify talent pools and increase social mobility in the advertising and creative industries. Alongside this role, she also works for Staffordshire County Council as a Careers Consultant liaising with secondary and FE Senior Leadership Teams to improve careers education and guidance.

She is most proud of: working with CEO Futures Forum to support curriculum development through systems change approaches, having experience as Teaching Staff Governor at Stoke-on-Trent Sixth Form College and leading a 5 year improvement trend in GCSE and A-Level Media Studies results.
