Over the course of 4-weeks, our interns learn how to create their own creative campaign, moving through the process from briefing to strategy, creative concepting to final presentation. All in a supportive team environment where they receive guidance and mentorship from industry experts.

Aimed to provide post-16 students with an introduction to the world of advertising and creative agencies, while teaching them a host of new skills. With hands-on support from creative industry mentors over the 8-week programme, the Biggest Pitch allows young people to work in a team, receive employability skills training, get real-world experience, produce an advert, and have fun doing it!

These free-to-download teaching resources enable pupils to practice age-appropriate literacy and numeracy skills whilst learning about the creative industries (with a focus on advertising and digital) through responding to an advertising brief. Ultimately, we want to spark inspiration, and develop creative careers awareness, by enabling pupils to better understand the value of their education through industry curriculum links ultimately raising aspirations.

Our mentorship programme connects young people with industry professionals who can help guide their next steps. Mentees receive up to three one-to-one sessions across the year, where mentors share their real-world experience, practical advice, and honest insight. From CV tips and interview prep to career direction and confidence building, it’s personalised support to help young people take the next step on their career journeys with confidence.
