Lynsey is Head of Learning and Development at VCCP. She leads on all things talent development, creating agency-wide and bespoke programmes which empower individuals to take charge of their own development. She is also a qualified career coach and offers 1-2-1 career coaching sessions to all employees.

Lynsey is a member of the VCCP DE&I Collective and her work involves fostering an inclusive culture within VCCP through education & celebration, as well as developing programmes for The Challenger Academy to create opportunities for talent who may not have considered a career in the creative industries before.
