TCA at Arsenal FC

We had an incredible time delivering an immersive Creative Careers Skills workshop for Year 9 students from Lots to Explore, a brilliant project founded by Arsenal Women defender Lotte Wubben-Moy in partnership with Arsenal in the Community.

The mission? To dive headfirst into a creative brief. Throughout the session, these students didn't just participate; they led. We watched them sharpen their skills in: Idea Generation – Thinking outside the box, Teamwork & Communication – Collaborating to find the best solution for the brief, Project Management – Navigating the process from brief to presentation, and Presenting – Finding their voices and pitching with confidence.

The level of engagement and creativity from this group was inspiring. Huge thanks to Lotte and the Arsenal in the Community team for the opportunity!
